General Information.

All prices quoted are for “In Stock, Single stage colors”. Custom colors are an additional charge. Additional coats (required with some powders) add an extra charge. Prices do not include Sand Blasting. An additional charge will be assessed.

Parts must be clean, free of oil or grease and disassembled. We do not disassemble or assemble parts. All bearings, seals, gaskets, bushings, ect. must be removed. If we receive any items that require removal o such parts, there will be an additional charge. We cannot do fiberglass, bondo or any fillers.

Chemical pre-treatment and an Abrasive Media will be used on your parts. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly clean all parts before assembly.

Although all threaded holes are plugged, we recommend that they be taped. WRP is not responsible for any part failure due to curing of the part or improperly cleaned.

WRP use's 4x4x6 Heater with that gets up to 500 degrees in 20 min.

SHIPPING.

Please package your parts well. Upon arrival of the parts we thoughly inspect the items and will contact the customer if we find any damage.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from WRP. Please include your name, address and contact phone number

HELPFUL HINTS:

In choosing your finish, please bear in mind that you want to enhance your item being coated. Pitted surfaces and poorly cast parts are better suited to textured powders such as veins, rivers or wrinkles. A high gloss finish will accentuate any defects. WRP cannot quarantee any coatings apllied over chrome unless they are to be sandblasted prior to being coated.

We have over 300 hundred colors to chose from. To pick your color go to Powder by thePound link. Then you can brouse hundreds of colors and if you see something you like, write down the name of the color, then email or call me and then we can order the powder for you (if we don't have it in stock)
